1. Drops blood sugar level :
Breakfast is the first meal of the day and it helps to restore glycogen and insulin levels in the body. When you skip it, the restoration is incomplete and leaves you feeling hungry, fatigued and cranky. This will make you eat more during lunch and dinner!

When you sleep you fast for 6-8 hours. During this time the body stores the calories you had consumed. When you skip breakfast, the body doesn’t get energy and this slows down your metabolism.

The American Heart Association did a longitudinal study to prove that people who skipped breakfast were more likely to develop a heart disease when compared to those who consumed breakfast regularly.
