Chocolate Cinnamon Brownies

100% Whey Protein Chocolate Cinnamon Brownies

Preparation Time: 40 minutes plus 2 hours to chill

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole egg
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3 tsp natural sweetener
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp fitness fiber
  • 4 scoop Bodyfuelz 100% Whey Protein Chocolate

Sauce Ingredients :

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 packet natural sweetener
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

Step 1: Separate the egg white from the yolk. Beat the egg white gently until they blend properly and it turns into a foam.

Step 2: Add Bodyfuelz Whey Protein Chocolate flavor, Cocoa Powder, egg yolks, Cinnamon, natural sweetener, Baking Powder, fitness fiber to the egg white foam.

Step 3: Place the mixture in a blender and mix it well. Ensure it turns into a proper paste.

Step 4: Mix Cream cheese into the paste manually and ensure it is done properly.

Step 5: Pour it into a pan and bake it for 30 minutes.

Step 6: (To make the Sauce) Mix Raspberries with natural sweetener in a bowl.

Step 7: Heat a pan with Coconut Oil

Step 8: Add the raspberries into the pan and cook it for approximately 5 minutes, until the juice comes out of the berries.

Step 9: Strain the sauce through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.

Step 10: When the brownies are baked, place them in a refrigerator for two hours.

Step 11: Once that is done, cut the Bodyfuelz 100% Whey Protein Brownies to size and serve them with warm raspberry sauce on top.
