100% WHEY PROTEIN CHOCOLATE ENERGY BARS
Preparation time: 20 minutes.
- 120 ml (4 floz) milk
- 225g (9oz) crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 200g (8oz) Bodyfuelz 100% Whey Protein
- 300g (12) oz porridge oats
- 55g (2oz) milk chocolate broken into chips
Step 1: Take a saucepan and mix the peanut butter, honey, and milk in it. Warm the mixture gently.
Step 2: Add Bodyfuelz Whey Protein chocolate powder to the mixture and stir it thoroughly.
Step 3: Add oats to the saucepan and ensure the mixture is warm but not cooking it.
Step 4: Grease a 10“x 12” baking tray in a gentle manner. Make sure it is done lightly.
Step 5: Fill the mixture into the tray and let it cool for a while.
Step 6: Once it is cooled, add the chocolate chips to the mixture and press them so that they stay inside the energy bar.
Step 7: Place it in a refrigerator for it to chill. Use a fork to see if it is properly chilled.
Step 8: After it has hardened properly, cut the loaf into the desired number of pieces (Ideally 12) and your Bodyfuelz 100% Whey Protein Chocolate Energy Bar is ready to serve.
